  Follow the prompts to receive a prepaid shipping label via email, then securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund or exchange credit will be issued within 7-10 business days.
